WATER is one of the most valued substances of our life and since early childhood we get aquainted with its different features, virtues, drawbacks, possibilities … Members of the Section of Photographers of ULUPUH in their 4th consecutive exhibition are displaying their vision of WATER – some see it in B&W, others in color; some show the reality of the world, others show virtual images of it; some use cameras and film, some use digital cameras and some photograph even without a camera; some show beautiful and cheerful scenes and others sadden us with hard and even tragic consequences of the strength of water; they show water in drops, sprays, frozen crystals or ice; it drops from the sky as rain or snow; it is shown as water in rivers, lakes, sea or ocean and even in a bottle… At this Exhibition of WATER 2016, 38 photographers have been inspired by a new or different characteristic of water.
